We are committed to provide products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or for a refund so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging.

Warranty
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers' products, and may be found on their respective web sites.

If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance costs to our warehouse or to the manufacturer's warehouse. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship you a new product at no charge to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product. In the case where a suitable replacement can not be located, you will receive a refund equal to the original price paid for the product.
For all purchases of bowling bags and bowling shoes, you have the option of Bag Protection and Shoe Fit Protection as specified in items 3 and 4 below. If you do not excersise either of these options on these particular products, then the terms and conditions specified above will apply.

Shipping Costs/Shoe Size Protection/Bag Protection:
Unless otherwise provided, customer is responsible for all shipping fees and costs incurred with respect to returning the product(s) and obtaining replacement merchandise. The only exception to this policy is the purchase of Shoe Size Protection or Bag Protection.
Shoe Size Protection: For all purchases of bowling shoes, you have the option of obtaining "Shoe Size Protection" as defined below. If you do not exercise this option then the terms and conditions specified above will apply.
By purchasing "Shoe Size Protection" at the time of purchase you eliminate all costs of returning the new shoes that do not meet your satisfaction to us and having new shoes sent to you. Shoes must be returned in brand new condition. Please try on your new shoes on a DRY CLEAN SURFACE, to make sure they fit correctly. We CANNOT exchange shoes that have been used or worn on the lanes. SHOES MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. You may not purchase protection after the shoes have been shipped. This is good for one return and reshipment only. Note: Customer has 30 days from order date to request exchange.
Bag Protection: For all purchases of bowling bags, you have the option of obtaining "Bag Protection" as defined below. If you do not exercise this option then the terms and conditions specified above will apply.
By purchasing "Bag Protection" at the time of purchase you eliminate all costs of returning bags that do not meet your satisfaction in new condition upon receipt and having a replacement bag sent to you. Bag Protection also eliminates these costs with regard to claims for defective merchandise covered under the manufacturer's warranty. You may not purchase protection after the bag has been shipped. This is good for one return and reshipment only. Note: Customer has 30 days from order date to request exchange on NEW bag.
