What are my shipping options?
Packages are shipped using DPD Parcel Services, UPS, Slovenian Post Services. The day a package is shipped is not consider a shipping day. International shipped packages can be tracked using DPD tracking services on DPD website (http://www.dpd.com) or tracking services on UPS webpage (http://www.ups.com/).
Why has my order been delayed?
Shipping delays may occur during busy holidays or the beginning of the fall bowling season. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute and expedited orders placed during these times. In general, online orders ship within 72 hours upon submittal. Deliveries are based on when orders leave warehouse. Orders must be placed by 11 a.m. (GMT+1) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's shipments. If you are specifying expedited shipping requests over the weekend, please note that an order placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday evening.
Where is my order being shipped from?
The majority of orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Also, on occasion, we ship items or entire orders from other locations. Shipments from other locations cannot be expedited and may add a day or two to the delivery time.
Shipping Costs/Shoe Size Protection/Bag Protection:
Unless otherwise provided, customer is responsible for all shipping fees and costs incurred with respect to returning the product(s) and obtaining replacement merchandise. The only exception to this policy is the purchase of Shoe Size Protection or Bag Protection.

Shoe Size Protection: For all purchases of bowling shoes, you have the option of obtaining "Shoe Size Protection" as defined below. If you do not exercise this option then the terms and conditions specified above will apply.
By purchasing "Shoe Size Protection" at the time of purchase you eliminate all costs of returning the new shoes that do not meet your satisfaction to us and having new shoes sent to you. Shoes must be returned in brand new condition. Please try on your new shoes on a DRY CLEAN SURFACE, to make sure they fit correctly. We CANNOT exchange shoes that have been used or worn on the lanes. SHOES MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. You may not purchase protection after the shoes have been shipped. This is good for one return and reshipment only. Note: Customer has 30 days from order date to request exchange.
Bag Protection: For all purchases of bowling bags, you have the option of obtaining "Bag Protection" as defined below. If you do not exercise this option then the terms and conditions specified above will apply.
By purchasing "Bag Protection" at the time of purchase you eliminate all costs of returning bags that do not meet your satisfaction in new condition upon receipt and having a replacement bag sent to you. Bag Protection also eliminates these costs with regard to claims for defective merchandise covered under the manufacturer's warranty. You may not purchase protection after the bag has been shipped. This is good for one return and reshipment only. Note: Customer has 30 days from order date to request exchange on NEW bag.
